Two types of horse racing are carried out at Freehold Raceway.

Standardbred harness racing:

Standardbred harness racing is live and is for trotters and pacers. Freehold Raceway also offers live horse racing for gamblers to gamble and takes place for 9 months only from August to May. 

Thoroughbred harness racing:

Thoroughbred harness racing, it is open for players 7 days a week and 7 nights a year.

Your horse must get first place. You will collect your WIN prize if your horse finishes first in the race.

2. Place:

3. Show:

Your horse must get either first, second, or third place. You will collect your SHOW prize if your horse finishes first, second, or third in the race.

4. Exacta:

In this betting type, you bet on two horses. One of them should finish the race at first position and the second horse should finish the race in second position in the exact same order.

5. Exacta Box:

This is the variation on Exacta. In this betting type, you bet on two horses. One of them should finish the race in first position and the second horse should finish the race in second position. Order is not defined in this category.

6. Trifecta:

In this category, you play with three horses, and all of them should get first, second, and third position in the same order.

7. Trifecta Key:

This category is similar to Trifecta but there is a twist. You play with three horses and all of them have to get first, second, and third position. But, only the first position should be defined as which horse will win. The second and third positions of the race win can be gained in any order. It costs double than Trifecta.

8. Trifecta Box:

This is one of the variations of Trifecta. In this category, you play with three horses and all of them should get first, second, and third position in any order.

9. Superfecta:

In this betting type, you bet on four horses. All of them should get first, second, third, and fourth positions in the same order.

10. Superfecta Box:

A betting type quite the opposite of Superfecta. In this betting type, you bet on four horses. All of them should get the first, second, third, and fourth positions. Order is not defined for any position.
